Pakistan Railway Advisory & Consultancy Services (PRACS) is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) which was established in 1976 under Ministry of Railways. Since inception, it has been providing consultancy services to the railway and infrastructure sectors. After the enactment of SOEs Act and SOEs Policy 2023, the firm is going through the process of its revamping and restructuringon modem lines to make it more profitable and sustainable. In this context, PRACS management is looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual to lead this organization as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The prospective candidate should possess refined leadership and management skills to develop PRACS core business and steer the fem into a financially stable organization in a period of three years.

(Age limit: 62 years maximum)
Minimum Masters in engineering, business & public administration, project management finance, economies, commerce, marketing or equivalent from a wel-reputed institute duly recognized by HEC or such other professional qualification relating to the core business of the company
The candidate must possess at least 20 years demonstrated experience with minimum ten years’ accumulated experience at Senior Management level or Project Director or CEO or board member or head of department in similar organizations.
1. The appointment will be on contract basis initially for a period of three (3) years further extendable as per SOEs Act and SOEs Policy 2023, subject to satisfactory performance, as per defined KPIs and mutual consent of both parties.
