Terms and Conditions for E-Bidding:
- Bid solicitation documents with terms and conditions can be downloaded from the department and/or EPADs website.
- Electronic bidding shall be done on “above/below” system on BOQ/Engineer’s estimate.
- All bidders/Firms must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
- The bidder shall submit 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost in shape of call deposit (original).
- In case of unforeseen events (holiday/unrest/force majeure), bids will be opened on the next working day.
- Courier service provider labels may be authenticated; fake courier deliveries will not be considered.
- KPPRA rules and other Govt. notifications will apply.
- If electronic bid costs of two or more bidders are equal, selection will be made via draw/toss.
- Bid security of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lowest bidders will be retained till final approval.
- Pre-bid meeting: 05/09/2025 at 12:00 PM at the office of undersigned.
- Fund releases depend on provincial government policy.
